Medical Disclaimer
MyHealthQuo is a technology facilitator. The diagnostic tests are performed by NABL certified partner labs. We do not provide medical advice or interpretation of results.
Scope of Service
We facilitate lab test bookings, home sample collection, and digital report delivery through our network of certified diagnostic partners.
Booking & Collection
To ensure accurate results and timely service, patients must follow these guidelines:
- Maintain the required fasting status as mentioned for specific tests
- Provide accurate location details for home collection
- Original identity proof may be required by the technician
Payments & Refunds
Payments can be made online or via Cash on Collection. Cancellations made 2 hours prior to the scheduled collection time are eligible for a full refund.
Report Delivery
While we strive for same-day delivery, report timelines vary by test complexity. Digital reports delivered via WhatsApp and Email are for informational purposes only.
Liability
MyHealthQuo is not liable for any delays or errors caused by partner laboratories or logistics issues beyond our control.
